After reading up on how to make a poached egg I decided to give it a try. Note: Many websites say to first put the egg in a cup and then slowly add the egg to the water, but I skipped this step cause hommie don't need an extra dish to clean.
Directions:
- Boil water.
- Once water is boiling turn off heat and wait until the boil stops.
- Add in a tsp of white vinegar.
- Drop the egg in the hot (not boiling water), cover, and let sit 2.5-3.5 minutes.
- Remove egg with slotted spoon and drain off excess liquid.
Brunch of champions. Now if only I could focus on school.
